The Wage Settlement for the public sector banks has been announced recently. Now the negotiations between LIC's workers' Unions and Management will begin in full earnest, for LIC's Wage Revision Charter, 2015.
I hope that L.I.C doesn't include the Clause 3b regarding repudiation of arrears, payable to resigning employees, again; in the latest Charter. If it does, it will only reinforce the view that the Management does not review its earlier decisions and only blindly adopts its earlier recommendations, like one that has the herd mentality.It will also reflect its utter and willful disregard for the Supreme Court's Judgments.
Besides, I also hope that all of us who have been unjustly and illegally denied our arrears' payments and difference in retirement benefits, since 1997; are granted the same.
Better late than never!
