LIC stated in reply to my RTI query, that the Government took the decision to repudiate arrears' payments to the resigning employees.
The truth is that the Management of LIC takes this decision and puts it up for approval and ratification to the Finance Ministry. Thereafter, a gazette notification is published.
No wonder, LIC cleverly omitted giving me the relevant Minutes' of Meetings, and gave me irrelevant information regarding the same, in response to my RTI query.
I have posted the Court cases in my blog wherein it is proved that LIC takes this crucial decision to repudiate arrears' payments to its resigning employees. So why doesn't it have the courage to own up?
